srikhanda baradanga

On a bright sunny day in winter we organized a small picnic on the Srikhanda baradanga field ground.we enjoyed a lot on that day.baradanga is place outside from Srikhanda.on the way to baradanga you also find the famous banion tree known as Gachkali which is about 500 years old.the famous baradanga fair organised at the baradanga fair ground known as baradanga mela.the place baradanga is famous for gour narahari prabhu s bilas kunga, the place where Raghunandan meet with Abhiram Goswami, and the place under banion tree where The great baisnab poet Lochan Das wrote his Chaitanya Mangal poem.

lochan das write here chaitanya mangal
this the banion tree and the place where great poet Shri Lochan Das wrote his famous Chaitanya Mangala. The complete text is divided into four sections: the Sutra Khanda, the Adi Khanda, the Madhya Khanda and the Shesh Khanda. As this work was written for the purpose of singing only, it is not further sub-divided into chapters.Chaitanya-Mangala is a rasatmaka-sastra [book full of rasa]
